The programme will bring to life one of the most popular moments of the traditional pig feast - the sausage stuffing. Your guests can season, mix and stuff the sausages themselves - and then eat them. The programme

19:00 - Pálinka toast & guest reception
To start, guests can enjoy delicious home-made pastries, rye bread and a good brandy.
19:15 - Sausage stuffing competition in teams
Apron and hat on, let's get this race started! Our chef will demonstrate traditional sausage making at the display table, and then teams will make their own seasoned sausages. The ingredients will be provided, the flavouring is up to the creativity of the participants.
20:00 - Quiz while the sausages are baking
Interactive, light games from the world of gastronomy: spice recognition, Hungaricum quiz, Hungarian celebrity quiz.
20:30 - Buffet dinner served on the stove
The freshly baked sausages are accompanied by a hearty, home-style buffet dinner, made from market ingredients and served with enamel, just like our grandmothers would have done.
21:00 - Announcement of results
Our chef will judge and we will announce the "Best Sausage Stuffing Team". All participants will receive a certificate and a recipe as a memento.
22:00 - Closing of the programme
An evening that all participants will say: "It wasn't just a dinner - it was an experience!"
