In the Fakanal, we recall one of the most exciting moments of pig feasts, the sausage stuffing. One evening, guaranteed to be tasty, memorable and bring you together. Because participants work together, savour - and then celebrate their joint effort by eating the results of their work together.

As the Hungarian tradition says: no sausage stuffing without brandy! Guests are welcomed with a cheerful toast on arrival - Cheers!
An introduction to the secrets of Hungarian sausage making
After a short welcome, the participants will be divided into teams and each will receive an apron and a hat.
Then the shared experience begins: slaughtering, mincing, seasoning and stuffing - just like at a village pig slaughter!

While the kitchen is preparing homemade delicacies, our guests can participate in interactive games related to Hungarian gastronomy:

Homemade dinner served on a spar crust
By the time the sausages are cooked, a classic Hungarian dinner for the teams: in enamel pots, using fresh ingredients from the market, just like at home or at grandma's.
Award for the best sausage stuffing team
The sausages stuffed by the guests are evaluated and then announce the most skilful team! In memory of all participants a diploma and a sausage recipe cap.
